Crab Cakes
My neighbor called us over for some homemade crab-cakes yesterday. Gotta tell ya, Maryland's got nothin on us Jersey City folk. LOL.
No fillers, tons of lump crab meat, and piping hot out of the pan.
I never thought I would like crab-cakes this much. Big fan now.
