Just finished watching Anthony Bourdain's Show, No Reservations - Tuscany. I used to love this show for Bourdain's different take on the food world, but there's been less energy and enthusiasm and more bitterness this season. However, this particular episode had Dario Cecchini the Dante quoting butcher from the book Heat. Bill Buford did a phenomenal job describing him and his shop - as soon as he was on camera you knew it had to be Dario. Also, Cesare Casella (chef of Maremma) was on cooking for Dario and others and they were all very impressed by his food. It's good to know that the chef at Maremma cooks food that real Italians actually love. Check it out if you get a chance...
