Kaiseki in Kumamoto
I attended my sister in law's wedding while in Kumamoto and the wedding reception was at a local resort serving Kaiseki cuisine.
These are various courses highlighting the season's best and often plated with flare and artistic balance. Not to mention it's mighty tasty as well.
