one thing to keep in mind...
steakhouses work on the lowest Gross Profit Margins out of any eatery in the industry.
to run a successful steakhouse, food costs usually run close to 35% to 40%.
so when corporate starts slashing prices, you have to wonder where in the supply chain are they also slashing, to bring down the cost.
support non-chain establishments...!
