Chain Restaurants - Which Are Healthy...

Men's Health gave out grades to chain restaurants across America based on how healthy they were. Suprisingly, Chick-Fil-A got an A boasting the country's healthiest chicken nugget (need to test that later). And, Chipotle got a D; showing that fresh products and humane practices does not make for healthy eats. Interesting reading, but if you've read our blog before healthy eating is at the bottom of our priority...

I read this article last week and really disagreed with it. Then again, their benchmark was healthy food for adults and their children, if I recall correctly. Chipotle a D? Gyms suggest chipotle when on the run. They actually gave McD a higher health grade. that's when I dismissed this article.

Although I've never been to a Chipotle to vouch for their serving sizes... It's common knowledge in the food biz that they strive to procure the best and healthiest ingredients for their dishes.
That being said, taking into account it's a chain restaurant, there's gotta be a give and take somewhere in the equation.

Chipotle is now on my hitlist...
