They actually have a bidding war for meat purveyors to "Earn" the annual exclusive rights to the restaurant.
Yah. Sounds totally fishy to me too.
But the CAB 3 week aged Ribeye was so darn good. No fancy sauces here. Just a basic rub and good 'ol broiling.
