Pernil Asado

I had a great roasted pork dish with white rice and black beans the other day, at this colorful cuban restaurant near Tisserie in Union Square. I suspect they laddled extra pork fat onto the rice because it was glistening and tasted great.
I give this dish a 9 due to the fact it was 12 bucks for a heaping portion and tasted fantastic. The pork was perfectly cooked.

My 2 megapix cam/phone isn't doing the dish justice. Dudes, we gotta go!
