Nagasaki Champon

This seafood and pork combo is a match made in heaven. For a
relatively thick and rich tasting broth, it's hard to have just a few
scoops. Addicting is the word I'm looking for.

Usually, the noodles are a bit thicker than most ramen noodles, which
I don't care for much. But the broth is just so magical that I
wouldn't mind if it were served to me with macaroni elbow pasta.
The cabbage in the dish also accommodates perfectly.

Big big fan.
