Another great reason why I love Japan so much.
Japanese Wagyu Beef is just incredibly awesome. It's not only tender as can be, there's this unique sweetness from the fat and also great beefy flavor.
This place is a 5 minute car ride from my wife's place in Kumamoto, Japan. What a great place to take the family and have a relaxing meal. Grilling the meat on the table top with a mug of icy cold suds in the other hand.
