Here's a video about a chef in Italy who is anti-garlic. I personally love garlic and almost lean towards the Italian American stance of the more garlic the better.

And when driving near a restaurant, and garlic emits from its exhaust filling the street with the smell, my stomach acids begin to move. Yum-o.
