Tan Tan Mien

This type of ramen is heavy on the black sesame and uses minced pieces of pork meat initially stir fried and good enough to eat with rice.
You never see this in the states but it clearly should be.

Slightly spicy and full flavored, this is sure to be a NYC favorite.
