The World's Hottest Curry

Here's a link to a news article about a London restaurant serving the world's hottest Indian curry. Interesting fact in the article - I always thought the Habanero pepper was the hottest pepper in the world, but I guess that distinction goes to the Indian Naga Pepper which is 100x hotter than a jalapeno.

i wish i knew what kind of hot pepper i ate when i was in thailand. from that experience, i lost all taste sensation for 3 days.
the first 24 hours, i thought my lips were going to rip open and start bleeding.

that was truly the worst experience of hot peppers i've ever had in my life.

this thing was a green round little pepper, the size of a blueberry.
it was floating in my soup and so i just scooped it up and took a bite.
i immediately spit it out and started to cry. nothing took the heat away. milk, warm water, fruit juice... nothing.
it was like prison.
i'm only alive today because somewhere deep inside, i had the will to survive. it would have been easier to call it quits right then and there.
