Super Bowl 2009

Went over a buddy's place for Super Bowl 2009 and as usual we made and ate some tasty food. Oh ya, the game was phenomenal as well - the NFL really does have a great product. The last couple of Super Bowls were entertaining and very competitive games.

Below is what we had:
1) Quesadilla - Camembert, Apples, and Caramelized Onions (sweet, tart, gooey thing going on)
2) Quesadilla - Assorted Mexican Cheeses and Zucchini (I've had squash blossoms in a quesadilla in Mexico, so figured why not zucchini slices...worked out pretty well)
3) Sausage, Peppers, and Mozzarella Sandwiches (great job Coyle - this was a juicy, flavorful dude sandwich)
4) Assorted Italian Pastries (hazelnut and chocolate cookie was off the chzain good)
5) Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Topping (addicting as f)
