This article says "in order to give him three stars he's been visited 12 times which means that he has very, very high consistent level and quality level." That's saying a lot. As we know, you can go in once and have the best experience, but the next time may be a complete flop.
Or vice versa. (This is why I generally believe 1st (bad) impressions deserve at least one more chance.)
There are only 72 places in the entire universe... verse... verse... verse... (echo, for increased effect) to have 3 Michelin stars. Michelin defines it as: "exceptional cuisine and worth the journey."
Sounds like an excuse to journey to HK?
