1st Chinese chef to win 3 stars from Michelin

This article says "in order to give him three stars he's been visited 12 times which means that he has very, very high consistent level and quality level." That's saying a lot. As we know, you can go in once and have the best experience, but the next time may be a complete flop.

Or vice versa. (This is why I generally believe 1st (bad) impressions deserve at least one more chance.)

There are only 72 places in the entire universe... verse... verse... verse... (echo, for increased effect) to have 3 Michelin stars. Michelin defines it as: "exceptional cuisine and worth the journey."

Sounds like an excuse to journey to HK?
