The buzz on sushi

Someone sent this to me about bug sushi in Japan. I thought it was a hoax, but I looked around and actually found a lot more. People know me as an adventurous eater. So, would I try it? Sure. Though I am quite positive that it would never substitute a nice slab of toro.
