Chicken and Dumplings

I'm in the South still and just had to get my Southern Food on.

I was introduced to Chicken and Dumplings on my last visit and when I saw it again on the menu, I picked it over the fried chicken.

Think chicken pot pie but in a bowl with really soft formless gnocchi.
