Hide-chan Ramen

Perhaps I'm getting too old for this, but I honestly could not stomach this greasy bowl of ramen.

The noodles are fresh, made daily by a noodle expert. That's probably the only merit to this place. The toppings are just OK and the broth wasn't much to write home about.
The broth is actually more oily than rich so I really didn't dig it much.

When it comes to Tonkotsu Ramen, I still think Ippudo has the edge in Manhattan.
