And the winner is....Hung, executive sous chef at Guy Savoy in Vegas. I don't like him personally, but he is definitely the best technician and deserved to win based on his amazing final menu. Todd English commented the sous vide duck could have been served at a three star michelin restaurant. Also, the dish was Tom Colicciho's favorite dish of the finale.

- "Fish and Chips" Raw Hamachi, Crispy Potatoes, Olive Oil and Tomato Vinaigrette
- Shrimp with Palm Sugar, Cucumber Salad, and Coconut Foam
- Sous Vide Duck with Mushroom Ragout and Truffle Sauce
- Chocolate Cake with Raspberries and Nougatine Tuile
