Eleven Madison Park recently received the coveted 4 stars from the NY Times making it only one of 6 total restaurants in NYC to receive that distinction - Per Se, Daniel, Jean Georges, Le Bernardin, and Masa being the others. Pretty big accomplishment and definitely the most relaxed and playful of all the above mentioned restaurants. When I originally went 2 years ago, I didn't necessary think it was in the league of a Daniel or Jean Georges, but curious to check it out again to see if anything's changed...
