Convenient stores (ie 7/11, Lawsons, Family Mart, etc...) in Japan all have a kick ass food section for the people on the run. It's usually no more than a few hundred yen (100 yen to 1 usd) and they are fresh and delicious.
Just wanted to post one of my guilty pleasures.
Sandwiches without the crust. That's the norm here in Japan. Sandwiches cut into triangle halves, then wrapped in these easy to open plastic wraps. Just another example of Japanese efficientcy to the max.
