I'm about to hop on a plane to Tokyo and wanted a good breakfast meal to carry me over on the flight.
At the gates at Newark International, they have a pretty large food court (which I should have gone to) and Gallagher's Steakhouse.
I was thinking a sit-down place like Gallagher's would be able to make breakfast, no problem. After all, they even had a separate special breakfast menu.
Well....not the case.
The pic above is their interpretation of a poached egg.
WTF!!!
Lesson learned, corporate chains don't hire real chefs in the kitchens.
