Yakiniku at Home

If you have a hot plate, a portable heat source, and sliced beef, you can pretty much have your own "yakiniku" dinner right at your own dinner table.









I picked up this portable butane cook top from my local asian grocery, and grabbed my cast iron grilling plate, sliced up a few steak quality pieces of beef and plotted right in front of my TV and pretty much dined like I was at Gyukaku, but right at home.

In short, AWESOME!
