I was walking through the streets of Tokyo around 6pm with a colleague of mine and we spotted a van selling gyozas (potstickers).Much like how a New Yorker would stop and grab a hotdog, we asked for a dozen Gyozas to go and waited patiently for the little suckers to get nicely browned on one side.
To tell you the truth, these were some mighty fine Gyozas.
Pork, Cabbage and Chives... Kinda the holy trinity in Gyoza fillers.
(if only it had shrimp... it would have knocked it out of the park for me)
