Frisee aux Chinois Lardons
Been on a salad kick lately and decided to do a play on Frisee aux Lardons except I "fused" it up. I made an Asian dressing with rice wine vinegar, ponzu, and sesame oil and used Chinese sausage which made it very rich and slightly sweet. A really delicious and satisfying salad.
