Oh, and here's a little trivia. Sure, there's a place in Thailand called Sriracha. But this isn't Thai. It's not Vietnamese, either. It did not even originate in Asia. Chalk one up for another good product from the You Ess Aye! Back in '84 when the Olympics were in LA, this dude wanted to have a more Asian flavor for the international visitors. And that's how & where Rooster Sauce was conceived.
Oh, and folks... Porthos is in Japan now. Thank God he's on the southern tip of the island and wasn't hurt in the quake/tsunami incident.
