I'm trying a new thing here. Every Sunday, I would like to highlight a specific chef I find particularly interesting and label the series,"Chef's Own Words".
One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Mostly due to Chef Dante Boccuzi who I think is one of the greatest chefs I've ever met.
Unfortunately, he is no longer in NY and has moved to the Midwest.
But I'm sure Aureole is still turning exceptional food day in and day out.
