Seafood Platter

I finally did it.
I went to France a few weeks ago and actually ordered a Seafood Platter I and 2 others could not finish. This thing was BIG.

Large (meaty) Crabs, Langostine, Raw Oysters, 2 types of Snails, Clams, and Shrimp.

We also all had a Soup de Poisson each, and I did also order a "Salad". So all in all, a ton of wonderfully prepared local dishes that really hit the spot.

I felt like a Hollywood Plastic Surgeon with these tools.

and this "Salad"
Melted Pont l'Evêque cheese, Pork Rillette, and Torchon of Foie Gras all on Toast...
All those goodies on a bed of greens. That's a salad right? Oh yah, there was also a confit of duck leg slightly hidden on the other side of the plate. Which was spectacular as well.
