What cut of beef is that on the bottom right? It looks a lot more like duck breast from the pink color and size.

the picture on the bottom right hand corner is a Sirloin Cut.
this is imported Japanese Beef (called Wagyu) served at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in NYC.
