Crab Louie Salad

For those who know me, I get pretty gitty about a good Cobb Salad.
And might as well throw in a Frisee Lardon for that matter. Both magical in their own right.
It's almost not a salad by my definition, because it's actually so #%cken delicious.

But this past weekend, I had a chance to rekindle with a long lost lover.
A great Crab Louie Salad is no laughing matter. It is delightfully light, fresh and luxurious.

If I ever find myself living in San Francisco, or anywhere along the pacific northwest, I'm having a Crab Louie Salad everyday for breakfast. At least for the first 3 months I'm there.
