Goat Cheese and Homemade Plum Jam

My wife's cousin Josephine makes some phenomenal homemade plum jam, so we were lucky enough to get a jar. As soon as I had a taste, I knew a nice soft, stinky goat cheese would pair well with the jam and I was definitely right. Paired with some thin, crisp crackers and a bottle of wine and you get a great Sunday night dessert.
