Well I'm literally eating my words because I've found a solid place called Matsuri. They would hold their own in any city in the states.
Owned by a Japanese fellow and the head sushi chef is Japanese as well.
They take an annual trip to NYC and Tokyo every year to hone their palate and schmooze with their peeps.
Big fan guys.
When in Miami, this place is my go to Sushi joint for sure.
